Why Air Your Dirty Laundry?

Although you are not exactly thrilled that your trip, last minute, has been extended by a few more days, one thing is for sure; you are beyond ecstatic that your listened to that little inner voice nudging your to pack in a few extra tops just in case some unplanned for business dinner came up.

However, if your plan to stick to the original plan which was not to do any laundry on your trip, you have only a few more days of clean clothes for that to work. Here are few tips on how to keep your clean clothes smelling fresh and wrinkle free:

1. Placed a scented dry sheet in between your folded clothes to keep them smelling fresh,

2. Pack your shoes in dust bags thereby avoiding any chance of smears or smudges on your clothes.

3. Where you don't have space for a handheld steamer in your suitcase, take full advantage of the steam from your shower by hanging your clothes in the bathroom while taking a warm shower and see how the steam irons out the wrinkles.

4. Pack a laundry bag for storing your dirty clothes.

5. The Handy Kit - double-sided tape, a mini lint roller, a small sewing kit, and safety pins. These may just be your life-saving essential when that unplanned rip shows up or mind-boggling puckering of your buttonholes of your top just choose to not lay right.
