7. Day MyLane works with third-party providers and in no way should be represented by or should anyone transact business with such third-party providers without the knowledge of Day MyLane

8. Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms stipulated when dealing with any third-party providers. Day MyLane is not liable for any disagreement or misunderstanding arising outside the scope of services rendered by “us” and which may occur between the client and any third-party provider.

9. Except for the representations and warranties contained in this Article, neither Day MyLane nor any other person makes any other express or implied representation or warranty, and Day MyLane hereby disclaims any other representations or warranties.

10. Prices are subject to change without notice.

11. Day MyLane relies on the information provided by the clients. Day MyLane is not responsible for price increases that arise due to misinformation or claims of misinterpretation or misunderstanding on the part of the client different from what initially had been indicated.

12. Client acknowledges an understanding that it will take (five) 5 to (seven) 7 business days after client’s payment has been received to process the client’s quote.

13. Day MyLane may change these policies at any time without written notice to users. The changes will become effective upon posting of the changes to the web site.

14. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Short excerpts of content are permitted for inclusion in features but must be properly attributed by including Day MyLane and a link back to the post/ page.
